Case 10-08 Bryan and Carrie King, 58 Center Beach Avenue, request for variances to allow height and width expansion of the existing front porch.
Case 10-09 John Maloney, 19 Saltaire Drive, request for variances to allow the kitchen to move to the existing garage and renovate existing bathroom in garage.
